"It's hit or miss. More often hit. The first time I went, the workers were pretty unhappy to be there. Not terribly friendly. That said, they had my order right and on time, so I can't complain. The second time, the workers were very friendly, but they were hustling; it was two girls trying to answer the phone, make the food, box things up, take orders, etc. They were swamped. My food was twenty minutes later than promised (this was a pickup), but it wasn't the girls' fault. Clearly some people hadn't shown up for worker or they were under-staffed. They did get my order perfect (it tasted great), and I got it fresh and hot, if late. Hey, it's Papa John's. We know what to expect. They'll get it right more than half the time, but don't be surprised when they don't."
"This is terrible! I’ve tried ordering here again just because I thought they would get better. A 5 topping pizza only has about 2-3 toppings, no pizza sauce, thick crust and a dry pizza. My grandbaby took what lil toppings he had on his just to eat the pizza but as you can see there is really no sauce at all. A almost $40 order with no real toppings is just terrible! I will continue making our pizzas at home if I am going to waste money for trash pizza. My grandbaby wanted pizza so I ordered from here and as you can see a 5 topping pizza is lacking 5 different toppings and sauce. Where is the toppings, sauce and cheese? This is not a meat lovers. This is dough with a few toppings. Just terrible! We ordered a 5 topping pizza and got this. Don’t waste your time or money, cook at home."
