"Asked for lettuce and tomato on my biscuit combo which raised the price to $9.02 yet they did not put either on the biscuit just charged me for it. Then was given a hard time about asking for a receipt that wasn't covered in grease from a careless employee just throwing it in the bag with hash browns that had been cooked in old grease. Then employee tells me I don't understand why you need a clean receipt! To which I replied that in the business world you have to prove where every dime went! However I don't expect for someone in their 30's working at Hardee's to ever be able to grasp the concept of business and financial anything. Overall I won't visit this location anymore. Gross incompetence to say the least!"

"This location was very efficient and completed our orders in orderly manner. Our order was hot and fresh. The employees were very nice and friendly. It was a pleasant experience."

"This place sucked all the way around.. the employees sucked...communication sucked..food sucked,we ordered 8 chicken wraps and took them 25 minutes to complete our order which was a hot mess from the get go.. the chicken wraps were reheated and microwaved to the point they were hard and chewy..the bathroom was disgusting.. there was toilet paper and trash all over the floor and blood on both of the toilets. The floors were so greasy in the placed i slipped several times. This place is not interested in being a good establishment to dine..very, very disappointed. I know now why there is never a line at this particular store.."

"Only 3 ladies showed up for work the day I went there. They ran the restaurant as best they could. Unfortunately, everything suffered. From customer service, to the cleanliness of the dining area, to food quality. The meat in my burger was cooked, but barely warm. This didn't alarm me until four hours later, when I endured the effects of food poisoning for the next 24hrs. Apparently, the meat had been cooked, then left out. I would not recommend this establishment"
