Wendy's

"After ordering in drive thru, we waited 10-15 minutes for our food. Opened the bag to discover it wasn't what we ordered, not even close. Four inedible breakfast sandwiches from the sale menu. All were cold, sausage patties burnt to a crisp and an overwhelming taste of butter. Absolutely horrible and disgusting!"

"Since the Burger King across the way didn’t want to take orders tonight (around 830) I stopped by on my way back to the interstate. Thank you for not ignoring customers like BK did. I saw how busy you were- likely as a result of BK ignoring their drive thru. Y’all handled it well. Great food."

"A terrible experience. The food was by the loosest possible definition cooked. The fries were soggy. The burger had hard buns. Everything about the taste of the food clashed with the fact that every piece of it was not fresh. The service was horrible. The people rushed us along and were very rude. I will never be returning to this establishment and I suggest you never do as well"

"We like Wendy's but finding one with good customer service can be tricky. This one wasn't crowded, service was friendly and they got the order perfect-no messy burgers with too much ketchup or Mayo and everything was great, just like Wendy's is known for."

"I pulled up to the drive-through window to order two small meals. The young young lady began taking my order, when I get to the drink, she was ruder than hell to me.. cutting me off.. then proceeded to give me my total before I ordwres my second item . I let her know I was not finished, she then silenced me and I sat there for two minutes. She then came back on and said, “go ahead and order“.. as if I hadn’t already started. I said “ well, I was in the middle of ordering something and it’s no longer on the screen“. She cops an attitude with me and says oh well go ahead and order and I said, OK, I will start over. I said I needed such and such, then proceeded with the rest of my order and asked for a side sauce. She said I could not have that sauce because I didn’t order some other specific menu item. I asked if I could pay for the sauce.... and the manager gets on and says no you cannot have that! It’s only available for ‘whatever‘ item. Completely frustrated at this point I said OK fine.. she just says “pull ahead” I get to the window and the manager is standing there with an attitude and smug look on her face. She said what kind of drink did you order? I said well I ordered two drinks, and then she mocking responds back with another attitude “ok well,what TWO did you order? “ and rolls her eyes!!!! at this time I’m completely flabbergasted and asked her what in the world their problem was? She then proceeded to blame me and say I was the one with an attitude the whole time she was “listening”. mind you throughout my entire order I was saying please and thank you while trying to get my order finished. I asked her her name and she slammed the window in my face. I have never in my life been treated this way, I’m a manager of a very large building, and I do not condone treating anybody disrespectfully. This Manager does not deserve her job, and I can clearly see why her employees are so rude if this is their example."
