"There were 8 or 9 people working. One was coughing all over and not covering her mouth. Granted, she was not by the food but still come on. The burgers were very dry. We waited while the drive-through was served. The French fry boxes were not open so you got less in the box."

"I ordered the french fries extra crispy and they came out great. The hamburger was delicious, more real than the competition. The dining room was clean and so was the soda fountain area. The staff was nice, as well."

"Dark and dirty. Not sure how this place stays open. Four employees and less than 3 customers visiting (Including my wife and I) in the 20 minutes we were there. We ate in our car because it was dark and appeared dirty inside. Unfortunately, when we were eating, one of the employees stood at the door to the restaurant smoking. Causing us to eat with the windows rolled up."

"I ordered a chicken sandwich combo Chicken tenders and no salt fries Chicken tender kids meal I requested no salt fries for the entire order. We were given luke warm salted fries. The tenders were fine. I thought my Chicken sandwich was just over cooked. It's was so dark and dry, I wish I had ordered tenders instead. By the wee hours of the morning, we determined that my sandwich wasn't just over cooked, it was old... I was food poisoned. I was pooping and vomiting at the same time. I couldn't even hold down water with lime juice. It was horrible!!!! The next time we come to Lake Butler... I don't care how hungry we are, we will NEVER visit this Hardee's ever again."
