"Horrible attitude in drive-thru and the wait was 32 minutes from the time I placed the order till the time I made it to the window, 10 more minutes after they had me move forward. 42 minutes total for a simple cheeseburger and a coke. Lesson learned. 4 teens behind the counter talking not one of them working except the same girl that took my order, cash, and brought out my order."

"This is my third time here and every single time they get my order wrong. They always are able to complete most of my order (my family’s order) but for whatever reason they can never get my order (which is the ice cream I want) Every time I order a medium chocolate soft serve in a cup with chocolate dip on top. And every time they hand me a vanilla cone with chocolate dip and every time I have to ask them to put it in a cup for me and I never realize that it’s vanilla until I’m home and start eating it. If you don’t have chocolate then you can at least tell me…but literally this was the third time and my order is wrong Every.Time!"

"Normally I love going to this dairy Queen but today I'm a little bit disappointed. I spent 11 bucks and I didn't even get a drink and I get four tiny chicken strips and then five individual onion rings. Disappointing for the money I know pricing is going up everywhere but just surprised."
