"Food came out nice and fresh, the employees were super duper nice friendly people and especially the manager too!!! Just went to geogia for a lil trip and stop by with my kids and was the best mc donal i ever went to thanks for everything !!"

"If I could give this place no stars I would. I placed a mobile order. They confirmed it at the drive through. I pull up they can't find my order! They make me go inside that they won't give me a refund even though I got a receipt and confirmation of the order. My som was crying because he didn't get his happy meal. This place rips people off. DONT GO THERE TO EAT!!!!"

"Must be nice,drive thru is supposed to be open till midnight, 11:42 pm is not midnight. Turned away 3 vehicles. And alot of employees do not know how to be friendly and forget to smile... service with a smile has always been the key to any fast food establishment."

"Food is decent, normally takes 15 -20 minutes to get food inside even when you’re the only one inside. Service however is the issue. Front of house doesn’t speak until you’re staring at them to take your order and then when handed food they don’t even say anything. Very rude. This isn’t a one time occurrence, this is very regular. As a food service worker I don’t understand the in-ability so simple say “have a nice day”"

"This is the last straw. This is not how you treat customers. This store tonight about 20 minutes ago just got a large two double cheese burger meal with sweet tea. I get the cup it aint even filled up all the way half my fries are gone and half my burger ate and put back in the bag. I just may get a lawyer at this store here 300 S 2nd St, Folkston, GA 31537 totally disrespectful i spent my hard earned money for a spit burger basically then she kept walking away from the counter in a aggravated manor. Came back i asked."are you gonna fix this?" She said yes im going to get you two new burgers and quickly walked away while. Asking me to throw the bag away. When she brought the burgers i asked her to replace my tea and she had an attitude and mumbled be nice to herself.came back with the tea and i said i should get a refund and a new meal. She said i already replaced your tea just please leave. I said yea a meal you messed up..and she told me to leave her store and basically refused the refund and new meal.. She didnt even replace my fries"
