"Made the appointment a month and half before needing to come in. Invited my parents, grandparents and great-grandparents and the tech didn’t show up and they had to cancel my appointment. The front test lady was super nice and apologetic and sometimes things happens and we hope the tech is okay. But another couple pulled in and we talked to them and they had been canceled on 3 times. We ended up going to another place due to scheduling and not wanting to be cancelled on again. I’m sure they are great but when there techs actually show up."

"Stork Vision Covington went above and beyond to make our 4d ultrasound experience phenomenal! Their boutique is so cute and the atmosphere was cozy. They offered to order a certain heartbeat animal for me and gave me a take home gift bag. They made this time for me, my husband, parents and in-laws extremely special. The ultrasound room was spacious and everyone could clearly see the screen to watch our girl. I got the video back within an hour and they worked hard to get certain pics of my girl. I will definitely be back!"

"Such a cool experience! The staff was very friendly and the environment was inviting. My husband and I are expecting our first baby and we don’t have anything like this close to where we live, we drove an hour and a half to Stork Vision and it was definitely worth it! If we have another baby in the future, I would definitely come here again."

"While the initial experience was wonderful, the staff was friendly and space was clean I am disappointed at the time difference it takes to get my pictures back. We went in at 11:45 am on Saturday and while leaving the front receptionist told us we’d have our pictures by that evening or the next day. Absolutely no problem waiting, fast forward to Monday I haven't heard anything so I reach out very politely asking if I missed them. Melissa assured me I would have them by end of day Monday. Here I am Tuesday 5 pm and still have not received my pictures or a response to my email from this morning."

Due to the pandemic, our son has not been able to attend the OB appts & was finally able to see their babies! Much appreciated. The sonographer went above & beyond to guarantee a good experience & the receptionist was very nice. They also sent Mama home with lots of goodies!"
