"I was taking my grandmother to what is already a stressful appointment and the front desk was VERY rude. All because I was confused on a question on her paperwork. I work in customer service and that is not how your treat people especially in a medical setting when patients already have so much on their mind. The tech was amazing and kind however the lady at the front was very rude. Will not be going to this location again"
