"Ultimately I dislike the start rating system because I’m not sure what rating to give, but here is our experience: We schedule a gender scan for our second baby like we did for our first. I thought I scheduled with the same people but upon arrival realized the name of the company was just similar, which is fine! We had to wait 10 minutes past appointment time before the door was unlocked and we were brought in for our appointment. Timeliness is important to me and I try to be accommodating, but that was a negative for me. Our baby wouldn’t give a clear view so we were given a free scan the next week. We were so grateful and this was very kind! We arrived for the appointment the next week and again, the door was locked. I called and was told the appointment wasn’t on the schedule (even though I received email and text confirmations). She agreed to come back due to us living so far away and we were seen an hour past appointment time, however, upon arrival she was having a conflict via phone that was very loud/public which was awkward for me and my husband. During the scan we were told we were having a girl. I was 15 weeks and a few days along. We were given the answer with confidence and told she hasn’t been wrong yet. Well, unfortunately, fast forward to our anatomy scan it we are having a boy. I contacted via the website form and heard nothing back regarding being told the wrong information which was the whole purpose of the appointment."

"Love coming here when I need to get an ultrasound of my baby. The office has a homie feel, which I love. Also love that she has a huge screen in front of the bed so that I can see everything as well. Highly recommend!!!"

She makes you feel super comfortable amidst the nervousness of having a new baby. We got an ultrasound and gender test done and she was amazing. We drove from 2 hours away and will be back for more services!"

"Honestly wish each of my ultrasound appointments were going to be here and not at my DR office lol . Such a great experience , doesn’t feel rushed & I actually felt like I was seeing and experiencing my child . Even though I was a little too early for the service I needed Torneisha was extremely professional comforting, transparent, and still gave me exceptional service. 10/10 recommend !"
