"Person drawing my grandson blood was very rude an unprofessional my daughter kept repeating to her it’s a boy not a girl an she repeatedly kept calling an girl when we ask when will she gets results she couldn’t even give me an answer . Avoid going to the unprofessional BEECH with a heavy accent in that location one star is too much !"

"The lady with the thick accent who took my son to get his blood drawn was very rude, unprofessional she kept calling my son a girl even after I repeatedly stated that he is a boy, after the blood was drawn I was asking who will be in contact with me for results and she was very rude didn’t give me and information on how I will receive results for him. I would avoid going to her if I knew the service was going to be rude I would’ve went to another location. She was either Hispanic or Asian, avoid getting attended by her."

"I hate posting negative reviews but never had an experience like this. So I get that they’re busy during the mornings, but to let a walk in patient sit from 7:45 am to 9:30 am and have 2 different nurses see you multiple times and not acknowledge you? I got there right after they opened and didn’t have an appointment but still sat patiently. I watched 25+ people get called back. Then only to be told that I had to click the 11:20am appointment time when I WALKED IN at 7:45 AM to EVEN BE ACKNOWLEDGED THAT I WAS THERE. Made no sense, especially since there was no signage indicating that. So I had to just leave because I wasn’t waiting another 2 hours. I scheduled with John’s Creek location and got in immediately. Not good patient management or service at all."

"The doctor forgot to put the order codes on my test referral, and I had to call the Dr.'s office to get them. But this QD employee waited patiently and tested me afterwards, even though that put me well past appointment time. Thank you for doing this to help me figure out what's making me sick! QD, she is compassionate and hardworking, and deserves a raise!"
