"This is a very clean facility upon walking in, same during my MRI exam. The room looked very well taken care of. The staff was very friendly to me and made check in an easy process. Their service was prompt. The technologists were polite, got my I.V. first try (sometimes I'm a hard stick). The team made me feel confident in their abilities and made me feel very comfortable with my exam. They also provided music for me during my MRI test. I would also like to say how quick the mri exam was! Wow! I have never experienced an MRI this fast! I was very impressed! I highly recommend this facility."

"I am very claustrophobic but the tech Nellie at the FAYETTEVILLE location took great care of me. She was concerned about me being comfortable and relaxed. She made me so comfortable and relaxed on the fast track machine that I fell asleep during the scan. AWESOME JOB FAYETTEVILLE from the front desk representative to the tech. The facility was very clean and smelled so refreshing. I truly enjoyed my visit."

"The wait time wasn’t long at all. I was in and out very fast.The restroom didn’t have tissue and the room u sit in to dress for the MRI was dirty used bandages was on the floor. When I got in the room for the MRI the nurse asked me did I want to hear music I said yes she never played it when the 2 nurses pulled me out the MRI machine to start my IV I told her I didn’t hear no music she say it was on but I know I didn’t hear nothing then turned the music up so load it hurted my ears so bad. I thought she over did it out of angry for me saying I couldn’t hear nothing . I give a 5 star cause the pictures got to my doctor fast and he could see everything. Coming into the front door of the clinic was a nice experience but when I went to the back it was awful then after it was over the nurse ask me did I need help getting up instead of helping me. I was disappointed with the technician nurses."

"The customer service was awesome from the call to make the appointment to the in office experience. The office is under construction, but there was very little disturbance, and the staff was great. The technician, Lisa, was so informative, gentle, and kind during the process. Kudos to great customer service!"

"This office was amazing to work with! I called for an appointment and got scheduled for just three days later. The front desk staff was friendly and the tech was very nice. The wait time was under five minutes and the procedure was quick. I was advised when my results would be available to my doctor and to myself. Highly recommend this office!"
