"The food is normal McDonalds expectations but DO NOT come here if you are in a hurry. I have been multiple times and it always takes a really long time no matter how many people in line. The people are always pleasant though."

"They don't honor the times stated on Google maps or even on their own door (photo attached, taken at an angle so bright monitors would not wash out the view). Supposedly closes at 12 midnight, but in reality closed just after 9."

"I had a great experience at this McDonald’s tonight. I ordered on the app it did not take long for them to prepare my food. The food was fresh, hot and delicious. The manager on duty was making sure the food was out and ready to go. I didn’t get any of the names of the people working, but kudos to them all! Unfortunately I don’t have any pictures to add."

"Worst experience at McDonald's EVER!! and that's saying something! As usual I place a mobile order because I get 25% off. I order a crispy chicken, a quarter pounder with cheese, and a large frozen Coke. I go inside, I go to the kiosk, I redeem a free fry. I wait. You see when I pulled in, there was a lady who looked to be a manager, because of how she was dressed, speaking on her phone... leaning on the hood of a car. After I came in she came in behind me, and stood in the lobby speaking very loudly and badly about an employee. Then she proceeded to go into the kitchen, and make a fuss about the extra salt customization I requested on my fry, because I noticed on an order before mine, said no salt. She sternly says it's against the law to provide extra salt because her extra salt might not be my extra salt. I'm autistic and I know the law to a degree. It's not against the law to put extra salt on McDonald's fries. Just like it's not against the law to put no salt on McDonald's fries. They kept giving me my order piece by piece and wondering why I was still standing there. The lady without the glasses seemed concerned and asked me if I was okay. She wasn't rude in any way. She seemed intimidated by the lady with the glasses. As was I. So after I finally got my completed order through some pretty intense stress... I asked for her name. She rolled her eyes scoffed/laughed, and turned back around. So I got my phone out. I'm being recorded when I go into McDonald's, so there's no reason I can't turn on my phone when I go into McDonald's. I took a picture of her. I wanted to make sure when I described this experience, this person's superiors know exactly who I'm talking about. I took her picture, she informed me that it was against the law to take pictures. I said that she should probably take another look at her rights before informing anybody else about laws. And she proceeded to chase me out of the restaurant with her phone recording me as I left. I walked normally out of the restaurant... I didn't realize she had chased me until I turned around in my car to reverse and she was outside recording me. So needless to say this woman does not need to be managing anyone nor anything, until she can get some proper training on how to even be a proper human being."

"Late night and it seemed like their was one person working. $9 cheeseburger meal with half an order of fried and a beef patty smaller than a credit card. The guy that was doing the best he could do on his own."
