"My husband and I were tested for Covid 19. The health department for our county told us we could get our results within 24 to 48 hours. My husbands results were there and I kept looking for mine and nothing for days. Finally I emailed Ipsum and then got a number to call them. I was made aware that my county failed to do one step for them to get my test fully finished, to upload my results. They called and took care of the mix up with my health department and called me back the next day to tell me that my results were there. Lynn was very helpful. "Test admin was horrible. Nearly made my nose bleed...on both sides. The fine print says the FDA hasn’t verified their test. I understand it’s an act of desperation, but I wish I would have had more info BEFORE I drove up. Giving 2 stars because it didn’t cost me any thing and the results were easy to obtain online-4 days."
