"My doctor had sent out multiple testing orders for my exam scheduled on Jan 14. They missed couple of orders. I called customer representative and asked that I speak to manager . Manager left a voice mail and did not call back the next day as mentioned in the voice mail . This is very stressful and causes undue inconvenience to the customer."

"Really pleased with their service. I was seen right at the time of my appointment, maybe a few minutes before. The woman who took my blood was skilled, friendly and super quick. I was literally in and out in less than 5 minutes. Not sure if this is normal but was a pleasant surprise."

"Made an appointment this morning thru automated system. Got there a little late because of traffic, they were still able to take me. The woman drawing my blood was very good, she listen to me and it was a quick process even tho I am not good with needles."

"Made an appointment to get bloodwork done for a life insurance policy and they mixed up my blood for another order.Complete negligence. Life insurance policy now requires me to do another blood draw. If you want professionals that care about getting your appointment and lab work right, STAY FAR AWAY. Didn’t seem sanitary to me either. Just random blood draws from other people out in the open."

"I have been here twice now. Once for myself and today with my 3 year old. Both times I've made an appointment and both times been seen pretty quickly after checking in (on time). Both times the phlebotomists were extremely kind, respectful, and great at drawing blood! I was extremely impressed with my visit today for my 3 year old to get blood drawn for allergy testing. She explained everything to my son and was so gentle that he just stared at the needle going into his arm in almost awe. She drew the one vial of blood and took out the needle. He looked up and said...it did not hurt! Thank you again for a wonderful experience."
