"Never on time! I arrived on time and checked in for a "scheduled" fasting appointment one full hour prior to another appointment at the imaging center in the same building and STILL waiting! Needless to say they've already made me late for the other appointment."

"Friendly and efficient. I followed the signs to the lab area and did a quick self check-in at a kiosk. Shortly after, I was brought in for my lab work. I think I was in and out in about 10 minutes. This was around 7:30am for fasting blood work, so I can't say if it is that quick at other times or for different tests. The front desk was attended, but I didn't need to talk with anyone. I think they would be able to help with any trouble finding the lab section or working the kiosk though."
