Reviews
"The first time I ordered it was good on doordash. I went to the location and it was definitely two different recipes. I wasnt pleased with my second experience. They gave me 4 small oxtails, a container full of bland rice, unmelted macaroni, and delicious plantains. It's a no for me on the third visit. The building was cold and damp smelling. I am assuming they probably do more to go orders. $30+ wasnt worth it!"
"I was reading the reviews before ordering and was still dissappointed. I order my food which took 2hours. When I ordered it was for 3 people. It was nasty, the chicken had no jerk seasoning and burnt. The salmon was very over cooked. The 3 meals i ordered was not goal to all 3 people and a waste of money. This was my first time but I will never return."
"Ordered the Rasta Pasta bowl with Ox tails. The bowl was so spicy, I could not eat it. I paid $27 dollars, to only have 2.5 small oxtails in the bowl. I specifically requested there not be any peppers placed in my bowl. Although, there were no visible peppers, the bowl was so spicy, I could not enjoy the bowl, nor finish it. When I called the store, the lady I spoke with, made a very condescending attempt to describe to me what Rasta Pasta is, to explain the "natural" spice... Rasta Pasta is a very common meal, I've had it several times, but NEVER spicy to the point that a $27 bowl was not edible. Besides being dissatisfied with the meal, the unprofessional tone, & response from the person I spoke with, is reason enough for me to NEVER recommend this place, nor EVER patronize it's business!!!"
"Got delivery through uber eats tonight. The Jamaican beef patty was awesome. I also got the rasta pasta vegetable dish. The pasta was great but the veggies on top were way salty. I had to throw it away it was THAT salty."
"Ok so I was searching google to find a tasty Jamaican restaurant in Decatur because it's more filling and tastier than fast food! I found C&B. They have 4.2 on google which isn't bad. I order the jerk tacos and fries!! So the tacos have Cilantro (which I love) cheese, onions and tomatoes! I also had a beef pattie and a pineapple drink (non carbonated which I appreciated too!). The taste of the tacos was pretty tasty way better than I expected and my french fries was cooked to perfection however the food was too salty!! Too much salt! I had to stop short of eating that last taco and fries because of the salt. I recommend using sea salt instead of regular table salt. My drink was good. It gets pretty busy here, so when you order, expect to wait because they are constantly cooking everything fresh to order! The owner and her family are very sweet people so please be patient with them if your order isn't ready in 10 minutes!"
