"There's no atmosphere. It was 100% a walk up and you can only order online. So you just walk up and pick up your order. Service was friendly and nice, even though I was the last one to pick up my order that evening. And we all know it's hard to be nice when you trying to leave. So props to the cute girl with the end of day smile. Food was good. Texas toast was a little too greasy/soggy for my tastes. But the flavor and everything was great"

"Based on an Instagram review I decided to try Jaybee's. I placed my order online and paid for it, I did not like the automatic gratuity. When I got my food, which was about an 40 minute wait, it was hot. I ordered the loaded 2.0 fries, the regular chicken sandwich and a peach and mango drink. I paid about $36 dollars. The loaded fries were delicious and I would recommend. The chicken sandwich was just ok and a little salty. The drink was ok as well. I think it rhe price point is high for what you get."

"Online ordering only. 8pc tenders and fries. Everything seasoned well. However, the tenders were not crispy and looked and smelled like they were cooked in old oil. I think if the oil was fresh, then this would've been a great experience. $13.51 + tax."

"I've been living in South Dekalb my entire life and we have never had a restaurant come close to Jaybees. I dont go to Chick Fila or Zaxbys. I get all of my chicken from here. The food is phenomenal and the customer service is always a plus. Today I had the loaded fries and the chicken sandwhich. Ms. Erica (I hope I spelled her name right) was super polite and I can't wait to go back."

"Just a small tip your food is not ready when the toast website says it will be it’s ready when you receive the text, The food was all hot and fresh and tasted great everything was well seasoned especially the chicken on the loaded fries. I’ve driven by this place so many times and probably would’ve never stopped if not for TikTok. Any way definitely give them a try it was good."
