Smoothie King

"Great tasting smoothies, but this location needs a lot of work. For some reason their online ordering still doesn't work, after at least 8+ months of being open. I visit Smoothie King probably once a week every week, and have been to different locations in 4 different states. Today, I asked for an extra cup and was told I needed to pay an extra 25 cents. I've never been told this before. I have been told once or twice that they are only allowed to give smaller cups, but I wasn't even given this option. Before I could even tell the worker whether I wanted to pay the 25 cents or not, she walked away and began speaking to another customer. They need to work on their customer service. Came today 12/29 at around 12:30pm."

"Disappointing for a first time experience. The young lady that gave my order showed poor customer service. She made my smoothie looked around and placed it to the side. Not even mentioning what type of smoothie it was and pretended like I wasn't there, I stood there wondering if that was my order. She didn't say anything. She preceded with the other orders and then came back to my order to finally say Lemon Ginger Smoothie. She should have stated that the first time. She gave me my smoothie with a poor attitude."

"Smoothie King is my favorite place to go for a post workout smoothie. I know what to expect every time and this Jonesboro Road location was no different. Friendly staff, efficient order and preparation. If you are looking for a Smoothie King, you have the Jonesboro location as another option."
