"Super slow food making process, the worker acted as if it's my fault for ordering a foot-long sandwich. I've been to so many Panera bread. This one probably has a good location but is definitely the worst experience."
"Had a sandwich and soup for my first meal of the day, got sick immediately after. I ordered a half sandwich and received a full one for no extra charge so I have to wonder if it was an old extra sandwich from earlier in the day/day before. Staff are nice and clearly work hard at such a busy location but I probably won’t return unfortunately."
"Didn't receive a receipt for my order. I had to have a receipt to submit for reimbursement, didn't realize I needed the receipt until after we left. Tried calling the store for 5 weeks straight, nearly every day, no answer. Called and spoke to Catering since no one answered the phone at the store, she took a message and said she'd send it to the manager, never got a call back. Finally got a manager 6 weeks later after calling again myself, and then told they can't go back that far to get a receipt and their phones were down for weeks. I live further away and could not just drop by to ask."
"Food was good. Got the half n half. Sandwich and Strawberry Poppyseed Salad which looked more like blueberries but was very delicious. Ordered on kiosk and food came out fast. Not any acknowledged from staff as a simple hello and I was close contact to at least 4 employees. I had a dirty fork so I asked older gentlemen behind counter for a plastic fork so he handed me one..when I went to show him the dirty fork..his reply was " U gonna have to put it over there"??..no apology or nothing smh lol..oh well"
"Today was a long day and we were starving. We also wanted something that wasn’t fast food burgers. So Panera sounded like a good idea. Fresh salads and soups sounded great. I had the Sesame Asian chicken salad and Tika Masala soup. They don’t really for together but with the pick 2 option I was able to choose what I wanted. My salad was very fresh. No brown lettuce, yay!!! It was very fresh with tortilla crisps and almond slivers. It was great. The soup was good. Not my favorite but worth giving it a try. My daughter ate the buffalo chicken baguette. It was a lot more bread than chicken which was a little disappointing but it made up for the lack of meat with flavor. The 3rd meal was a French onion soup which is my moms favorite. It’s. Very good with lots of onions and flavor. She also got the Fuji Apple chicken salad which has dried apple crisps and chicken. It’s a very fresh and light salad. If you want something fresh and different this is a great place to stop. It’s clean and the staff was friendly. They also have order tablets on the side so you don’t even have to talk to anyone to order. Top it off with a cookie. It’s worth it."
