"I ordered soup and a baguette and they forgot the bread. The order was only two items so how to do you forget half the order. Just majorly disappointing. Just wanted some soup and bread from Panera because I'm not feeling well"

"I ordered some sandwich which was vegetarian, and warm. The sandwich had cheese, tomatoes, and spinach. It didn’t taste how I thought it would. I ended up throwing it away. Also, the soup was fine. The soup I ordered was broccoli and cheese. That was fine. The restaurant was clean and quiet. The customer service was nice. However, I am not feeling Panera bread anymore. My co-worker gave me a gift card. The sandwich was such a waste."

"Visited this place for a quick bite. Tried tomato creamy soup, chicken soup & pizza. All of them were tasty & will make your day in the winter season. Do place order ahead of time before you head here so your dish will be ready by the time you reach. They have sufficient parking space & good news is it's free."

"Had the most rude woman at the register take our order. It was impossible to get any information on the different dishes so I just ended up with a bagel with cream cheese that they almost lost. And my dad ordered one of the signature dishes on the menu only to find out they didn't have any.. after he paid for it. She refused to give us a receipt then only offered to refund my dad instead of getting him something they did have. First time I've ever been to a Panera and I imagine it will be the last. Save your money and avoid this restaurant."

"Went in feeling down and overwhelmed about earlier happenings to feeling uplifted after my visit with this store. Was greeted as soon as I walked in. The cashier and manager both answered questions I had about the menu. Their recommendations satisfied exactly what I was craving. The store is always clean. The staff is always friendly. The food is great and the wait times are short!"
