"I ordered 2 chicken tacos. The woman who waited on me had so much attitude. When I ordered them, she walked into the back without a word. I waited for a little bit, she came back and rang me up. She didn't tell me my number or that she'd call it when my order was ready. I waited a long time for two tacos. She was not moving at any quick pace and when they came up she moved slowly to get them. She called my number, so I was trying to find it as it was not immediately visible and what she called was the last two digits. Worst customer service ever."

"Rude front desk lady - tells us to “not order if you don’t have time” after 30 mins of waiting. For nachos. At the airport. We fly internationally through this terminal a lot, and El Taco consistently makes patrons wait 30-40 minutes. Usually there isn’t even anyone manning the cash counters for 20 minutes straight. Either the management needs to be fired, or they need better people."

"The chicken quesadilla is out of this world. It took 40 minutes to get them but would had gladly wait 80 minutes, that’s how good this was!! They put Mexico to shame, those fine Afro-American are the real Mexican deal."

"If you're hungry grab a sandwich from the retail stores and save your money on this mess of a taco. It took forever for 3 tacos which look like someone just vomited them up. Cannot recommend it at all."
