"The drive thru is super slow. And they got my order wrong 3 times! How hard is it to make a sausage and cheese biscuit!?!? The first one was a biscuit only. No meat or anything. Next, just a dry sausage biscuit. Finally got it right after we had to return a third time! Please get it together. You're making ALL Chick-fil-As look bad!"

"Been going to this location for sometime but now noticing that they’re getting orders wrong a lot more often. Just tonight instead of my chicken sandwich, fries and Mac & cheese, I got home to find the sandwich, no fries and a fruit cup. Check your bags for accuracy if you’re going to the Cumberland Parkway location."

"This has been a pretty regular stop for me for many years. I've always gotten good service and the food has been on point. However, the past several stops, there's been issues. Idk what's going on there inside. I was told a few times that the app wasn't working, when I was on the app. This last time, I said you mean your system isn't working. Yes was the reply. A couple others, Cash only and the service with a smile or my pleasure was not received. It was here and food shoved at my window. Hopefully, the next visit I can amend my review."

"Ordered online thru app for delivery received poor quality food. Im 2min drive from restaurant. Got stale chicken sandwich and even staler fries. Must of already been cold before they sent it. They're solution only replace my sandwich. So im stuck with no sandwich and stale fries for lunch..so basically i had lemonade for lunch. $18.95 Down the drain. Never again you just lost a customer"
