"This store needs to be better with training their young staff. Our orders have to be constantly corrected due to just lack of detail. Just went through the drive through and the young man tried to give me four drinks as if cars have 4 cup holders in the car. I asked for a large and they gave me a regular. All the sauces were wrong even though I corrected them twice. If this establishment is owned by company they should be ashamed. If this is privately own then managers need to be fired. This is not the first time where it seemed teenager ran the store and there is no accountability for incompetence."

"This saddens me to post this ,but this is the WORST Chick-fil-A I have eaten at in my life while eating at hundred of different locations. I unfortunately live closest to this location. In 5 years have had more mess up on orders or poor quality food, such as the consistent old fries. Old fries is the new normal at this branch. Needs to have new operator who cares and does not close early before time and addresses these issues. It’s just shameful. I’d like to have my entire order be correct for once at this location."

"If you don't mind spending almost 10$ for a chicken sandwich, waffle fries, and a drink, then do it you want regret it. And don't forget about the Chick-fil-A sauce cuz it's amazing on everything. The service is always amazing. They have fresh squeezed lemonade as well. The ice cream tastes like my grandmother's homemade. I don't care how bad it is for you it's so freaking good!"

"Ordering was a breeze no issue, it’s when I came to the window, issues occurred. BO ( Tran # 9910) presented no greeting? Just “it’s 10.97”, as I proceeded to pay, he was observing me in a weird demeanor. I requested a strawberry lemonade, which I get at plenty of CFAs, and as I received my drink, o seen that it was still yellow as ever. Upon inquiring about this, I was told in a lackluster manner “Oh yeah, it’s in there.” (please see photo, there is no hint of strawberry in the drink.). I said no there isn’t, he said let me remake just to stand there for 20 secs with a coworker and come back to the window and say their strawberry mix doesn’t mix well with the lemonade, so it won’t show……. I just took my order and drove off…. Then I got home and seen my requested pepper Jack cheese was not removed from my sandwich as requested either."
