"What happened? The brisket used to be the most tender, melt in your mouth meaty deliciousness. Either I got an old, dry and hard batch or the economy is forcing them to buy the cheaper meats. All I know is I have $20 of brisket in the trash now."

"I mean this place is just amazing. I could have sworn I've done a review before but just in case I have not here goes. In a few words.... outstanding.... fast.... delicious.... We've had too many meals to count here (and via delivery) and everything is excellent. The sides are ALL great, hot n fresh. The chicken AND wings are always good and my BF lives for their ribs (his favorite are the dry rubbed). We're always seated in a flash and our server (s) have all been equally as fast. The food comes out hot n fresh AND correct (which isn't always the case at other places). Huge restaurant. Huge parking lot. Great variety of beers (no liquor, just beer as far as adults beves go). 10 outta 10 would recommend and certainly will go back!!"

"Smoked Flavor on the Brisket and all meats is absolutely 2nd to NONE. OUTSTANDING menu options and variety. Let me say this though, the brisket is God. Burnt ends come in a sweet brown sugary sauce so if you like sweet, get burnt ends for sweet brisket."

"Found this joint on Google Maps and it was the only BBQ near our hotel so we gave it a shot. The brisket was sliced a little thin for me but it had good Smokey flavor and was not dry. The collards were perfect with no grit and no stringy stalks. The green beans we good but could use a little something like ham or bacon and some salt and pepper. The smoked chicken dark meat 1/4 lacked any spice and was a little dry while at the same time falling off the bone and having good smokey flavor. Our server, Layla, was cheerful and helpful and made us feel right at home. I would come again."

"It was my very first experience eating at Bub-Ba-Q My girl and I absolutely loved it, the food is amazing and had me really to relax and chill afterwards. Our host Stacy was Outstanding if you ever go there ask for her she helped us order with her suggestions and gave us the history of the company as well as other recommendations she definitely deserves a raise because she helps set to tone and made our experience so pleasant. We will definitely be back and next time I will bring our children ☺️."
