"I set there for an hour at least mind you it was my first appointment then the receptionist said I need to call my medicaid to put her on my medical card so I called was at the end of the process of changing her to my provider when the receptionist said can you come back tomorrow or some other time Dr. Kousa has to go get her covid shot........ Total disregard for my time and needs"
