"The ER released my wife when she was suicidal and didn’t know who anyone was. They also gave her a seizure medication when she didn’t have a seizure (verified by a doctor). The staff on the actual floors of inpatients are great (the only reason they got two stars). But the way things got handled in the ER is sickening. My wife could have died due to her condition and then unnecessary medication being given to her in that condition only compounded the issues. The ER at this hospital is not even a good bandage station. Take your loved ones to a caring ER instead of this joke."

"Took our 2 year old to the er with a 104 degree temp and we have been here over 4 hours and still not taken back. People are leaving the waiting room without being seen because it’s taking so long"

"Stay far from this place. I kept getting iv infiltration and had to beg daily to have it fixed. Dr Hardin ripped a cellulitis blister the size of a silver dollar off by hand without warning. Nursing staff were shocked. I asked to ama and he comes in saying how no other hospital would accept me and trying to argue. Then just checks me out himself. I had to go seek wound care at a non-arh facility. Rather suffer than go there. Also went 28 hours without any food or drink, cause they need his sign off that you can have it when you check in."

"This hospital killed my sister. My sister was admitted, her covid test was neg but they put her on the covid unit. There was little treatment because they was treating her as if she had covid. They gave her ireservar which caused her to go into Kidney Failure. No Kidney Specialist on staff. I was listening to her on the phone begging for help. Called the unit nurse no answer. Called the hospital operator no answer. I could go on and on.please don't go the or take your loved ones there. I don't want another family to go through the hell that my family went through"

"Took my mom to the ER Wednesday Feb 2nd at noon she waited over 7 hours to be told she had a severe kidney infection. I had to call from work and tell them they needed to tell her what was wrong because they told her nothing and was laughing and carrying on in the hall ways. Finally they told her she was being admitted and was waiting on a COVID test to come back before taking her upstairs which took over 2 hours for some reason. She gets taken upstairs and was denied any fluids even water for over 24 hrs. & denied food for over 30 hours. She needed no surgery or anything and was just on IV antibiotics but they refused to feed her so I signed her out. The supervisor tried to tell me she was denied water until the next day because she had to see the doctor first but she seen the doctor at around 9 Wednesday night. Still not sure why she was denied food her entire stay they never could give me an answer for that which was until Thursday night around 9-10. Also a nurse blew her IV out pushing meds in it so quickly and then it messed up and took the over 45 minutes to come and check it with her pressing her call button and her IV beeping and going off like crazy. I thought it was bad when it was Paul B but it’s 100x worse now. Out of all the doctors/nurses there was only one male nurse downstairs and two female nurses upstairs that were caring or compassionate at all I should’ve got their names because the rest of them absolutely suck."
