"Above and beyond the best customer service. I was looking for a hard to find shoe that was sold out everywhere. They took my name and number and called me when the shoe was in stock. They even gift wrapped it for me! Wonderful sales associates!"

We support local and family-owned whenever possible, so even though the merchandise could be purchased at a savings online, she chose to visit the South Hills store on Saturday. When she returned home, she had a good day, other than her visit to your store. Whether intentional or not, the staff makes customers who are not regulars feel like they are an inconvenience. I have experienced this on several visits personally to your location and wrote it off someone having a bad day; however, at this point, I feel like this is more the norm than the exception. I tell our employees all the time that "perception is reality," and in this case you have had and continue to have customers who echo this perception."

"I have went in this store twice and received the worst customer service both times. The employees act as if they are bothered the entire time. It came to the point I just finally left because the associates attitude was so terrible. I love to shop small but it won’t be at this store anymore."
