"A excruciatingly clean and pleasant to look at Hardee’s location situated snuggly in a equally clean Loves Travel center, Outstanding customer service and all the food was HOT and fresh, honestly other Hardee’s should take note because the team at this one was top notch, I want to give a special shoutout to Delisa who was very pleasant and helped me right away with a minor issue."

"Sam and Rylee gave exceptional service. They were friendly and courteous. We will definitely stop here again if we are in the area. I went back in for breakfast the next morning and same thing. Great service! The heart biscuit was a make you smile moment. Way to go!"

"It's fast food, so you can't expect too much from it. I've had mixed experiences after a couple of visits; some hot, some cold, some saltier than usual. Either way, it's nice to see Hardee's make a return to Jackson."

"Last time I was there I purchased a mushroom Swiss burger and it was very salty! I mention it to the young lady taking my order, then the manager appeared and she told him and he said the mushroom” mushroom sauce is pre made” that was the saltiest burger I ever had and I have had many across the country and I know there was extra salt on that burger! He didn’t appear to be a happy manager and my husband says he never wants to come back here! We will continue to go to Hardee’s elsewhere, but not here! To drive 20 minutes to be acknowledged like he did, we won’t be back! The young lady Stephanie was very nice and she does receive a 5Star from us!"

"Came in for the first time for some burgers and fries and it will be our last. The burgers were all cold and the cheese wasn't even melted. The chicken sandwich was dry and seemed to have been old. Fries were good though. I wouldn't recommend this location."
