"Recently I had stopped at the Southridge location to purchase a new cell phone, like all other times there were several customers and just a couple people working which meant the wait was not worth it. So I went to the Kanawha mall location, no lines, no waiting! Everyone was very professional and polite! Daniel helped me with purchasing a new cell and got everything transferred over from my old cell, which was a tremendous help! I had a few questions about Android which Mason was very knowledgeable and knew all the answers! You guys are great, highly recommend!!!"

"Been here many times over last 2 decades. Everyone is always helpful and very knowledgeable about there job. Teddy assisted me today and was great. Only reason I don't give a 5 star is because they do not have a restroom for customers. Ample parking and easy too find and access."
