"Sonja in the pharmacy really needs to work on her customer service skills. There was some kind of glitch or something in the system and instead of her trying to troubleshoot and help me she told me it was not a prescription for me (which there was and it had already been filled), and then when I asked why my name was not correct (I've been filling my prescriptions there for years) she tried place blame on my oncologist stating "Your doctor probably wrote it wrong". She seemed heavily annoyed that I had a new insurance needing to file, she smacked her lips and rolled her eyes. I apologized to her and told her I wasn't trying to upset her but that I needed to find out why my name was messed up in the system and that this had never happened before and I wanted it corrected. She rudely told me that I needed to finish my transaction and then I could step to the side and speak with someone else. I'm switching pharmacies. This was ridiculous. Sonja, I hope you have a better rest of your week....."

"In October I stopped by the Walmart to buy pumpkins. I selected $40 cash back with my transaction. With so much going on, I walked out without the cash. As I was walking to my car in the parking lot, Branden (tall, light complexion, with dreads) ran behind me saying ma’am. When I turned around he handed me the money and told me I’d forgotten to get it. Two months later and I still think about this young’s man character and integrity. He definitely deserves recognition. I am grateful and hope Walmart values him as an employee."
