"We couldn't be happier with Drake's. We would give them 10 stars if possible. They literally came to our rescue after we were ghosted / abandoned by several other contractors who had been out to see the work we needed done; a complicated deck that wraps around half the house, front, side and back, and attaches to the frame of the house, mid-level one story up off the ground. A very difficult and complicated job which involved removing ceiling, dry-wall, wiring, and going through the walls from the inside out to attach to the frame. A few other contractors wouldn't even return a call after seeing it, lol. And one quoted us a bunch of stuff we came to find out didn't even need done. Drakes took the job, started in a timely fashion, worked in freezing cold temperatures, and completely exceeded our hopes and expectations. The guys were friendly and attentive paying close attention to every concern I had. Specifically Larry & Denver were easy to communicate with and always double checking that I was happy with the progress and details; even going as far as making a number of very helpful suggestions along the way. Brady, who oversaw the project was a big help and always available if I ever had a question or concern. Our deck had to be replaced whether we could afford it or not because as part of the frame of the house it was rotted and dangerous, and an insurance liability. Also, water was pouring inside the house where the deck attached (complete nightmare). I had already fallen through a portion of the deck myself. Needless to say this was a very stressful and expensive project for me and my wife; AND that's why I say DRAKE'S came to the rescue. They were very reasonably priced and They gave us as much peace of mind as possible throughout the whole ordeal. We couldn't be more pleased with them and the job they've done. Thanks to Brian Drake and all the guys."
