"We were helped right away. We had inquiries about our bill. Our plan was the elite, and we decided after a year of being here to lower our plan. Unfortunately, AT&T phones are not compatible with US Cellular, and if we switched, we would have to get new phones. Ugh! So we ended up using the AT&T app and switched plans and cancelled the insurance coverage. So worth the visit to learn you can can plans, and cancel insurance on the phone using their app!"

John (the manager) was awesome in helping me get exactly what I wanted and made it a very enjoyable experience. Me and the whole crew there had some laughs and great conversation while we waited for everything to get set up, which to me was super refreshing!
