"The front desk ladies are very nice, service oriented. They helped me get my Lyft app to work. I always am impressed with the amount of service, respect and support given me within the store. Please enjoy shopping as I do at Publix Toco Hills GA."
"As a recent transplant from California, I am still getting use to the smaller and more limited produce section. Everytime I go to buy veggies, I feel like I must be in a specialty aisle and the real produce section must be just around the corner. Nevertheless, the store is clean, well organized and there is rarely a wait. I compare the store to Vons in California. With Kroger buying Vons and Safeway, it will be interesting to see if Krogers steps up or Vons gets worse in terms of loyalty and service."
"Never fails, ever time you order online from the Deli, they never have your order ready at the time stated. They didn't even start making it yet. Then they are always out of ingredients that they offer online or they forget to add it to your order. So you end up paying extra for something you didn't receive."
"This is the absolutely worst experience I have ever had at a Publix ever! On 12/20 I decided to order a holiday prepared meal for 14-18 people online to be picked up on 12/24. I wanted a stress free meal to share with fellow cancer patients and their caregivers at a nearby facility. When I picked my order up the turkey breast included in the meal was frozen and as hard as a bowling ball. The directions for the meal stated heat and eat not defrost heat and eat! Also the string bean casserole was not in the box when I went back to get it I was informed they were out of it!!!! No apologies no offer of something else. I asked why wasn’t I informed sooner so I could make other arrangements and was lied to about attempting to call me. I showed the manager my incoming phone calls for the last 4 days…crickets!!!! I asked for the store manager when I informed her of the situation and that no one seemed to care she stated that she cared and sent the same deli manager out and never showed her face again!!! I am so disappointed by my experience because I am a long time Publix shopper and really do expect more from them! I will never step foot in this store again!!!"
"This review is not indicative of the whole store but specific to the deli. For the two years I have been coming to this store, the deli is consistently extremely slow. In-person orders take 30 minutes-1 hr if there are only a couple of people in front of you in line and online orders are consistently late. It’s so bad to the point where if there are more than 2 people in line I don’t go to the deli. Last time I was in store, the deli workers got in a fight. The time before that a deli worker told me she didn’t want to cut more roast beef for me when they were out. Hopefully improvements can be made soon."
