"Kroger what’s the point of having the cashier’s line open & going through it if i just have to bag up my own groceries? There was an associate bagging up groceries but as soon as I got up to the register, she randomly walked away. Her coworker then said “sorry the newbie got tired” & then instead of the cashier helping me bag my groceries, she proceeded to ring up the next customer and rushed me to finish getting through the line. I could have just went to self checkout but the lines for them are ridiculous as well."
"Older Kroger, but it gets the job done. Has all the standard snacks, produce, and poultry. Shelves are well stocked and checkout is painless. It could use a renovation, but no complaints!"
"This is a really good Kroger. It is located in the Toco Hills shopping center and there is plenty of parking. They have a little bit of everything from Kosher, vegetarian/vegan, wine, and various healthy options. They also have a good floral and bakery department. The customer service is on point. I have also been using this Kroger’s pharmacy for a few years and they are always very helpful and knowledgeable."
"5:30pm on a Tuesday evening, they had one register open not including the self-checkout kiosks. Took about 10m of the lines getting packed for another staff member to hop on a register to help clear exceedingly long checkout lines. In 2014 I used to work at a Bi-Lo (what is now a Food City) and management at that store was a total night and day difference from this Kroger. The front end managers would always hop on to assist or have one of us bag boys hop on a register as soon as it was busy. This Kroger didn't have any of that and the lack of management is showing. Some cashiers couldn't even be bothered to be friendly. Some of them even sit on their phones AS a customer is approaching the register, or actively being on their phones instead of assisting the customer. I would have been chewed out instantly if any of our managers saw that."
