"This is the most unprofessional Pharmacy staff I have ever encountered. I was picking up my perscription and the Pharm Tech told me something about my medication that was incorrect. I told her she was incorrect and asked to speak with a Pharmacist. I was told the Pharmacist was busy and if I did not step out of line the police would be called. It completely shocked me but clearly the Pharm Tech did not want to be told she was wrong. I'll never set foot in this building again. If I would have said the same things she did I would have been arrested for harrassment. Avoid this place at all costs!"

"I was in on Wednesday Trying to buy some items. Had not been to this Walgreens in a while. First store very dirty outside and inside. Then no one at the counter to ring you out. I approached one counter and a young Hispanic male teen saw me and walked away quickly. Stood there for about 5 mins waiting to be rung out. There was no one else waiting at either register during this time. Then I decide to turn around again and there is a little line of people forming at the second register and here he comes and starts ringing them out. You saw me waiting at the other register. Why did you not say Mrs I am ringing out over here or call for help. I don't disrespect anyone and teach my kids not to!!!. I left purchases where they were and will never return!. Agree they have bad customer service here"

"Called to check on my prescription but they said it was sent to another location (despite walgreens website saying otherwise). 1.5 weeks later and still cannot get my medicine because at first it was out of stock, and then "reviewing insurance." I called my insurance company and guess what - the pharmacy never even sent it in! I called them again and after being placed on hold three times (before I finally said no and she spoke with me and placed me on hold again), they claimed my insurance rejected it but I could magically pick it up right away. How exactly does that work? I told them I just spoke with my insurance, and they never sent it and she just says, "Oh." Terrible customer service and always getting a bad attitude when I call, no matter how polite I am. Seems they will put "Reviewing Insurance" as a placeholder when they do not want to deal with refilling your meds. They won't even send it in the first place. Do yourself a favor and ask your doctor to send the prescription to a CVS or other pharmacy. Walgreens in Atlanta are a joke."
