"I was in the store Saturday, 2/10/24 to pick up some items. I went into the Lady's restroom. I hate to say it was filthy. The handicap or larger stall had all unused toilet paper on the floor along with the toilet paper holder. The containers that hold used personal items were full in all stalls. The worst part of my experience was I went to the customer service desk to check out and let someone know the Lady's restroom needed to be cleaned. The women ignored me and displayed no concern. She didn't apologize."

"Experiencing consistent challenges with cake orders at this store. Despite my annual order, issues persist—lost orders, incorrect cakes, and this year, a delayed runaround. Disappointing customer service without effective resolutions. I recommend trying Publix locations on West Paces Ferry, Upper Westside, or East West Connector for better quality and service. Adding to the experience, encountered dishonesty at Publix with employee in seafood. He claimed only king crab legs were available, but upon checking with someone else, who called separately, they confirmed other options. Disappointed in the lack of integrity and service quality. The Store Management issues persist. Spoke to the store manager Matt and he was looking for excuses and people to blame instead of taking accountability. *Update: The District Manager extended a sincere apology, which was deeply appreciated and well-received."

Pro tip... the Publix fresh bratwurst are about the closest to a true Wisconsin brat that I have found that you can buy in a store in the Atlanta area! They have a decent amount of parking, and multiple entrances to the lot which I appreciate."

"Very nice Publix. Staff is very friendly. Deli is clean and has a ton of offerings. There are always a bunch of deals in the Publix app as well. The carts are also very well maintained so you don’t end up with a squeaky wheel while you’re shopping around. 10/10 would recommend to a friend (or any one who needs groceries)."
