"Kroger has GREAT PRICES on organic fruit/veggies. LOVE THEM. I go super early, and they're not customer ready yet. Half the lights not on, folks still sweeping up, etc. If you open at 6am, then have the store READY at 6 a.m. anyways, that won't stop me from coming back 'cause they help me eat healthy & SAVE!!!"

"Manager lied about assisting with balloons after staff was ok with blowing them up as they have for years. Went to the Whitlock kroger and they assisted me with no issue. Sad how lazy people are to assit you but want you to shop in there store. Please fire Todd or whatever his name was."

"This Kroger store has the lowest ratings of any location in Cobb county. If you’ve ever attempted to shop there it becomes immediately clear why that is as they’re always out of stock, the deli is always closed when they should be open and they’re constantly understaffed. When you try to address your concerns with management you’re given a bunch of excuses that amount to “it’s hard being a retail manager”. Yeah it is hard, but when every other location in your area is clearly doing a better job of it than you are maybe at some point Kroger senior leadership should realize that the problem is that this store needs leadership that is up to the task. I’ll be going to a different location until they get that figured out."

"This is the worst Kroger in Georgia to work at and to shop at! I use to work there for 5 months and this job has bad management, bad mangers and mangers on duty. They’re very unprofessional. They won’t pick up the phone for anything! The deli and bakery department are always closed and if not closed the workers aren’t working. The employees are very weird acting and fake. Anyone who wants to work for front end courtesy clerk shouldn’t you will have the worst supervisor Laronda. This isn’t a place for teens to work out or anyone first time working experience. While working there it was issues where employees would lie on me and think they could tell me what to do. The meat isn’t clean and the meat is old and expired!!! The office for training is disgusting and stank. This location has dead roaches. I would have an 8 hour shift and no one on duty would give me a proper break. The mangers on duty would lie and make up anything. They have bad customer service. The costumer service is always closed. Customers have a complaint they catch an attitude and won’t help the customers. Everytime the manger is around they act as if they’re doing something when really they’re being mean. Laronda isn’t self conscious about what she says or does. This is the worst job to have as a first time working teenager or adult. They’re very fraudulent and sneaky with new hires don’t fall for the trap. It was already a red flag before going into training/ working. I went to the interview and they moved me forward with the application process but didn’t let me know I got hired. I had to call on several occasions!!!"

"We shop at Kroger every week. We receive coupons for almost everything that we purchase each week. Not to mention how much we save with the gas points. I will say they need to open more lines. I'd much rather have a real person check me out and pack my bags."
