"The worst. While I was picking up a prescription, I overheard the pharmacist talking to a customer over the phone. He said they gave her the wrong prescription. The way he said it seemed like they do that a lot. How?! They’re so slow and disorganized. They sat on my heart medication for almost a week. I finally transferred my Rx OUT to another CVS. They had my Rx ready the same day. What a joke these people are. They won’t answer any of your questions. You wait in line and then they tell you you need go stand in another line if you have questions. And they don’t ANSWER THE PHONE!!"

"I called CVS/East Point this a.m. and held on the phone for over 20 minutes before hanging up. I called a little past their initial opening time (no excuse for this). I called back 3 additional times and waited 6 additional minutes per the 3 times. It leaves me with no other alternative but to call Corporate. I don't think this store cares about poor ratings and that implies to me no consequences are implemented to get better behavior out of the employees at this store. Terrible!"

"My husband and I have both sat on hold for over half an hour multiple different times trying to reach someone in the pharmacy. Which may be understandable if they’re short staffed, but EVERY TIME we go inside there’s at least 7 people back there. The drive up window is always backed up and takes forever to even be seen. I just don’t understand."

"The worst at everything. Don't bother trying to get anyone on the phone, don't use the drive through, and have fun waiting in line in the store. They don't call you to let you know medications are out of stock either. I really don't know what's going on with this pharmacy but it needs a new pharmacist and new management."

"By far the worst experiences ant this particular pharmacy. This location is 2 min from my house but I can’t fill here anymore, it’s just too painful. The wait times and lines are so insane and other than one excellent pharmacy worker and I wish I knew her name, I’ve received the worst customer service, consistently, from the staff, enough to make me file a complaint with corporate after the last time. No one ever followed back up. I was on the phone the last time I called about an Rx that wasn’t showing in my app- I was on hold for 47 minutes. I don’t even have the energy to explain everything wrong with this store. The thing that kills me is that people trying to pick up medicine are often sick and many of the clientele are elderly. Do better, CVS."
