"This place is unprofessional. My babies appointment was cancelled without notice because I was running 10 minutes late. They didn't even call me to see if I was going to make the appointment. The girl at the desk had a look of " I don't care". Just rude I set this appointment a week ago. I will never shop at this store again. We are new to Tallahassee and my Stella really needs a grooming. It's just rude and unfair. I will take my hard earned money elsewhere."
