I have tried to use circle k gift cards here on three different occasions and there is never anyone working that knows how to expedite the transaction.All in all this would be a great location for an operational convince store."

She seems to enjoy making customers wait on her timeline, like when she's ready to check you out...which takes several minutes most times. I don't expect a red carpet, but don't treat me like a problem, or take out your frustrations on me. The company should be ashamed that she is representing them."

"Cashier "Jenn" is always either texting or talking on the phone every single time I go in which is often because I work right down the road. She doesn't even have the common courtesy to hang the phone up when you check out she just continues her conversation the entire time. Very unprofessional"

"The customers, locals I'm assuming, were getting their lottery scratch offs and held up the line by buying tickets, scratching them off at the register and then buying more. There were four people working and no one seemed to care I was standing there for 15 minutes with an armful of water for the kids. I asked nicely if someone could help me and the employees laughed and said it would be a minute. Minutes passed, as the idiot scratch off customers (who were friends of the employee obviously) cut in front of me to buy a bottle of juice. I told the employee that I had been there over 15 minutes waiting. And no response. I dropped my water, chips and cookies... and walked out. With four employees walking around and one register open, they were acting like old home week at this place. Customer service was horrible and I will never be back there. Management should fire all of them. And trust me... I will be contacting corporate offices directly."
