"Food City has great staff great deli and it's very clean. I always love shopping here or just dropping by to pick up a treat at the deli."

"This is gonna sound silly, but, every time I go here I feel almost like a celebrity! The staff is seriously *that* attentive! I’ve never had such outstanding service at a grocery or box store. They recently hosted a free picture with Santa! So incredibly generous and thoughtful. Santa was wonderful, the staff supporting the event were great, again, they make you feel so special!"

"After over 8 years of always having a good experience, I finally had a really bad one with apparently another shopper raking me over the coals. Almost a month later, l finally requested a Manager to speak with me. He came out and absolutely listened to what I had to say and agreed the woman should have never spoke to me the way she did! Almost another month later, I asked my son to go with me to Food City so I could get some groceries with his help and I was pleasantly surprised NOT to see the woman who raked me over the coals. If anyone thinks it's easy to grocery shop while using a wheelchair.... think again!"

"This is the worst food city I’ve ever been to. Employees do not know where things are on the shelves. Minus the older men in the freezer section. They are great and they know and they appreciate their job. The rest of them forget about it you’re not getting any help. There There are no lanes open when they first open. I’m not sure if they have any during the day, but it took them 10 minutes to check me out I bagged my own groceries. The Karen that cash me out kept telling me how she would’ve done it. Her name was Joey but if she had done it, I would’ve still been there. If you’re shopping for Instacart the isles on your app are not labeled so you just have to know the store which at 8 AM their stock is next to nothing. I do not recommend this location though I do love food city. Dayton Boulevard has always been an inconvenience as well as the Saudi location, but staff is nicer in Saudi. the Starbucks was fantastic. The barista was nice. She was amazing. She had blonde hair and sparkly buttons on her apron best Starbucks I have ever had I wish you could star these separately I would give Starbucks five and food city no stars"

"They've done some remodeling at this Dayton Blvd. store. It's very inviting and you find good sales. I enjoy shopping at this store and the Signal Mnt. Rd. store. Everything is always clean and the personnel friendly! Great job Food City!"
