"Traditional grocery store. Very clean store. Well organized, no clutter. My favorite attribute of this store is the "normal " size of the facility. This is not a gigantic "super" center nor "mega" size store. This Ingles store is large enough to carry a large variety of merchandise, but is not overwhelming and chaotic like the humongous "super" big box stores. There is plenty of parking available. The store is very easy to access from the highway. The store is very easy to navigate and allows convenient, fast "in-and-out" service for quick trips. There are not many grocery shopping options in this part of the world. There are two full service grocery stores in Tazewell, and Ingles, by far, is my favorite of the two stores! Be sure to sign up for an "Ingles card" for extra savings and to take advantage of the store sales."

"Very nice employees and managers. I requested a special order of something not sold in the area at all... and Walmart said they could not get it. Ingle's had within days. It is an item I will have to order, and that is okay because the manager explained how far in advance I need to order. I love it when a store employees make my life easier."

"JULY 2023 I made a quick trip inside to purchase ice cream 2 cartons for $7 of Blue Bunny Brand Icecream. I've been coming by this store ever since it was built. In my opinion, this grocery store has some of the BEST VARIETIES of different BRANDS of items in town. I really do like the WIDE AISLES (inside) & LARGE PARKING AREA (outside) Some of the reasons I will continue to grocery shop here."
