"This groomer was highly recommended to us by our dog’s sitter. I initially called and no one answered. On the vm it states that you can make an appointment online. I visited the website and scheduled an appointment for 12/22 and paid a $25 deposit. Last evening, 12/15, I see an email stating that there was a charge from Polly Pawz for a different amount I’m addition to the paid deposit. I immediately called and was sent straight to vm. Fast forward to today, no one is answering the phone. I’m not sure what’s going on but this is definitely bad business practices."
