"The immature/ rude girl who answers the phone has absolutely no manners. I tried to get my pets grooming taken care of and the way she handled the phone call was absolutely unacceptable and when I brought it up she did not care because she said they get a lot of customers. Do not recommend this place to anyone unless your use to trash service"

"I have been looking for a new pet groomer nearby and I was so excited to try this place out because of the amazing reviews. I called this morning to schedule an appointment and the lady who picked up was very unprofessional and seemed like she didn’t want to be doing her job. That was a very bad first impression and discouraged me from booking the appointment. Very disappointed."

"If you love your babies don’t take them here! I am never the person who leave reviews on anything but this I had to do it. I have been taking my three babies to this grooming place for awhile. Last two times my dogs were just acting NOT normal, as soon as I got there my one dog took off out the door and the other just scared and shaky. My dogs have never behaved like that. First time I thought they might just don’t want to be here but NO I was wrong. I know for a fact they have done something to My dogs. My friend had the same experience with her two dogs. They make you drop your dogs at 8am and still not have them ready till 5:30 or 6:00 PM! They don’t give your dog any water or ever take them out to use the bathroom in the whole 8+ hours! The place always dirty and smells horrible! Most places you can see you’re dogs being groomed but not this place. I would never take my dogs here again.the owner is sweet but the groomers who work there act like they never want to be there."

"Kelly's is always so great. They deal with our very difficult animal, and has never complained, and believe me, I know that takes patience. Little Twinkie always comes home looking great."
