"3 -11 staff requires training and 11 -7 staff rude and apparently lazy not wanting to help guest. She even accused me of saying she was stupid. I've been a diamond guest for years and she was the absolute WORST I have encountered all across this country. Her arms were tattooed and unsightly as well. I have to think that upper management is unaware of her actions and demeanor. I will be contacting Choice corporate and demanding a full refund and a copy of her termination papers in order to be made whole for a lousy experience."

"I absolutely love this hotel. I've never been in one that the rooms have an inside door to the hallway and an outside door directly to your car. I'll have to be sure to put this one on my list so I can stay again on my way back through. Right off the interstate. Easy in/out. Only thing they should consider doing differently..... coffee earlier than what they do, so those of us that get up before the butt crack of dawn, can have a cup before we hit the road again. And/or.... if a customer asks about coffee.... get off the computer to go make some. Im sure there isn't much for the front clerk to do at that time in the AM, but you are there to accommodate a paying guest. Highly recommend otherwise."

"Well where do I start, booked two weeks in advance and noone said the bottom floor was all pets. Key card did not work. Walked in and it was flea infested and smelt like wet dog, cigarettes and mildew. This room had not been dusted or cleaned in what appeared to look like months. Bathroom had soap scum everywhere. There were bugs on both the ceiling and beds. We immediately went and canceled and left. I DO NOT recommend this hotel. How they get their good reviews is beyond me!!"

"Very friendly staff, Rooms are nice and clean, beds are comfortable, great location. A convenient store right next door on 1 side and a huddle house on the other side. Enjoying our stay and definitely would stay here again. Definitely would recommend, and very reasonably priced. Only disappointment is that breakfast shuts down to early. Should go to 10 or 10:30 as check out is at 11. Think 9:30 is way to early to close the breakfast bar. Otherwise our stay is great and would definitely stay another 9 days or longer if work wasn't a issue."

"Totally not recommended. I paid $478 for four nights. I reserved the room 2 days prior to my arrival! Once I got there everything is fine got my room key after I paid $100 deposit. On my 3rd day I had some friends over (not staying over night) they said they were gonna charge for another person.. the next day they called me to the office was trying to tell me I never paid for that many night that my card was declined was trying to make me leave! Then they tried telling me they found a weed stem in my room that they gonna keep my deposit! DO NOT GO THERE IF YOUR OUT OF TOWN VISITING!"
