"This establishment is a sad representation of a shoe store. I have tried on multiple occasions to purchase Jordan shoes which they have announced in stores on their Instagram but have failed to accommodate me. Employees here are uninterested in selling limited edition shoes to the public. They act unaware of every shoe release regardless of their online marketing. I have participated in countless “raffles” with neighbors and friends at this location throughout 2018 and not once received a call back. It is unfortunate that this Jimmy Jazz location in the Tallahassee mall has continued to show such unprofessional behavior."
"Customer service sucks! My grand daughter ask for some size 6 Timberlands and the guy walks right by her. Then he helps a attractive young lady that walks in 10 minutes after we walked in. We bought them at another store. Screw that fool and this store!"
"Customer service here is unacceptable. I literally have to chace down the employees to get help and when I do get their attention they have an attitude. If you don’t want to work then quit somebody else will do it for you simple as that."
