"Very helpful When asked checks it out then Very nice facility"

"Placing a loved one in a nursing home for long term care is not an easy decision. This was our case. I was able to take a tour of the Logan Center before placing my brother in their care. I was totally amazed with everything I saw. There were no foul odors and no one yelling out for help. It was clean, residents were in the lounge engaging in activities as well as out in the hallways. The residents also have the option of using the courtyard in the center of the square. (This year, some planted tomatoes and onions in the little garden). Staff is very attentive to the residents. Even the one who does periodically yell out for help from where she sits (and is not in distress), they come and check on her. Not only does staff take excellent care of your loved one, the residents will also look out for each other. In my opinion, I made the right choice in choosing The Logan Center for my brother's long term care. He would tell me he was happy there and they treated him good."

"IF I could give less than one star, I would. Went to pay a visit to my dad today (for the first time) and when I say shocked is an understatement, I mean it. The genesis facility in Logan is FILTHY. The staff doesn’t even seem to know what they’re doing, I asked to use a restroom at the front of the facility (because my dad’s restroom had literal feces in the floor around the toilet and a bed pan on the back of it, used) and needed to use a code to enter, walked to the restroom and then walked back because they gave me the wrong code and a nurse came back and opened it for me. Then I had to take my little brother to the restroom, same thing happened except I guess the posse of nurses who were on their phones didn’t want to leave the group to unlock it again so they just let him go in the employee restroom. Patients were roaming the halls asking for help (even asked for my help). The staff looked so unkept and well, nasty for a position in healthcare (not to be that girl but I guess I’m being that girl) and the whole experience was just terrible. Quite frankly, I felt bad for leaving my dad there. Literally disgusting. Do better."

"My mom is a resident in Genesis Logan Center, during our visit my wife and I were impressed to see caring and wonderful staff and nurses in this facility, they take good care of their residents, making sure their needs are met when it comes to eating/drinking, proper hygiene/grooming, encouraging residents attend activities, and maintain safety. The facility is also clean. Staff and nurses listen and attend promptly to family's request if there is something to be taken care of. My wife is also a nurse and see the difference with other health facility. Keep up the good work for management, staff, and nurses, you all are heroes! Thank you for your hard works and taking good care of your residents."

"Honestly one of the best nursing homes. My grandmother is there and no lie she’s mouthy and most definitely a handful. They’re all really good with her and her mood swings. Very kind, compassionate and caring people. Especially during this time of covid they do their very best to keep the residents happy. 10/10 rating no doubt!!!"
