"Can’t even call to schedule an appointment. Phone picks up and slams down. What a joke"

"Beware! Do not go here!!!!! We have Medicaid and still charged but that’s the best part! The dentist sent my husband a year ago to Charleston to have all his front teeth pulled and promised his partial would be here January. Well it wasn’t. I’ve called different times, my husband did go in for a fitting which did not fit and they tried forcing him to sign a paper for something that did not fit. The lady who spoke over me literally did not tell the truth. After paying 100 in cash they refuse to refund our money bc they said they paid for our lab fees. No sorry our medical did! They made my husband out to be a liar, I couldn’t hardly speak as their rude staff will speak over you. My husband has lost weight due to not being able to eat, I mean the worst experience. I’m assuming I’ll have to file a civil suit for return of my money, emotional distress, the weight loss, etc. not counting the embarrassment."

"The dentist doesn’t care about her patients, have had a allergic reaction to my partial for months and only received antibiotic mouthwash, won’t help any so she just referred me to a allergy dr she also acted like this was my fault and like I don’t properly take care of my teeth. Also came in with excruciating pain needed a root canal and she gave me a referral to a surgeon to where I have to wait 10 more days for a root canal in excruciating pain, only gave me antibiotics which aren’t working. She doesn’t care about her patients and makes you feel like a problem. Definitely won’t be back ever again."

"I have been toothless since the beginning of October it's now January iv been waiting for well over a month now for my dentures to come in and every time I call they tell me to try again on Monday. I cant talk correctly and have lost 35lbs due to not being able to eat since the beginning of October. Not fair since they told me the whole process takes 6 weeks and here we are 12 weeks later and still nothing."

"Dr. Ballard and staff have earned a life long customer in me. I got new insurance in October and I needed a bunch of work done. I set an appointment on Tuesday and I was in the office on Wednesday. They checked out my insurance and worked out a plan to get everything I needed right away. When I was having my procedure done, they showed A+ bedside manners and were very gentle with me and my mouth. If you need work done, you can’t wrong wrong with them."
