"Tried to get an appointment through a referral from my dr. They lost the referral twice and after getting it and working with the case manager at the drs office told me that they had received no such documentation. I had spoken with them multiple times about this and provided them my insurance information and everything. All I needed was to schedule, I kept getting told that they would call to schedule and they never did. When I finally called to see what was wrong they said they had no information at all on me. No referral, no insurance, nothing. Absolute nightmare to work with! If that’s how they run their business, I’m glad I never went through with being a patient of theirs."
"I have a great experience with going here and my concealer gerri is awesome (I think that's how her name is spelled). She always listens and I can call her if I need her which is great. I highly recommend this place."
"I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. If I could give this review zero stars and a big caution sign instead then I would. So I went here when I was 18 for just general therapy. I intended to get hormone therapy later that would require a written statement by my therapist at the time. The main woman said she could have this done in 6 months. Wrong. She met with me maybe 7 times and then handed me off to another therapist. I met with this one once and then they put me with someone else. It seemed like she just kept placing me with newbies that they hired and I felt like a burden . I'm sure when you go to a therapist and already feel bad about yourself that being passed around doesn't make you feel too good. Anyways I went for about 3 months and couldn't handle it. I told them I wouldn't be coming back. Now when I turned 20 I tried to do this all over again after my terrible experience and found an excellent therapist over in Ashland at Tristate Counseling. Please go there if you ever need quality counseling because the people at Center 4 Change are not only awful therapists but they dont even help. The only change you'll experience is that you feel 10x worse after you visit them."
"I am just adding up on the previous review that I wrote, I apologize for any and all typos. Tonya Bond-Judd hired my partner in to do secretarial work until he had his license to practice as a clinical psychologist reinstated. She refused to pay him for his final 2 weeks of work. She is all over the place, and she fired him through voicemail without having any good reason. She hired him in as a contracted worker, which according to the department of labor was very illegal because as she had stated task that she wanted him to do and she had a schedule that she wanted him to adhere to. When he requested his final check she refused to allow either of us to pick it up. She stated that she had mailed the check via certified mail and that we would receive it within a few days. She refused to provide any kind of tracking number to track the letter. One week had passed, and the check still hadn't came, we brought this to her attention and she said that we were to cease communication with her immediately, and again she would mail the check. No check ever came. We ended up filing a complaint through the department of labor, and they are in the process of getting him his final check now. Or at least trying to--this crazy lady thinks she is invincible, and I don't think she's mailed it to them either. Upon meeting this lady, she can come off very charming, but it wasn't very long after meeting her that I discovered she was a pathological liar. She had stated that she had a doctorate degree and that she was formally a registered nurse in the state of Kentucky. After thoroughly researching this, I found out she never had a doctorate degree, and she was never a registered nurse, she was actually recently added to the Kentucky Board of nursing's imposture list for pretending to be a nurse (I have screenshots of her various social media profiles where she made these claims). She has openly talked about her clients to me, going as far as telling me where a certain transgender individual works. This is clearly a violation of HIPPA. She has a very lengthy criminal background, I'm doing a Google search with her name will bring up some things. Regardless of whether you were looking for a job or seeking counseling of any time I would strongly persuade you to stay away from this place"
"Under no circumstances would I suggest this business to anyone for any kind of mental help (or any help for that matter) One of the owners, Tonya Bond-Judd, first advertised herself as a doctor. After a bit of probing i was able to find out that she is not a doctor. Things get a little crazier from that. Tonya mentioned several times that she had a BSN (Bachelors of Science in Nursing). I contacted the Kentucky Nursing Board and was able to confirm that not only was she never a nurse, she was actually added to the Kentucky Nursing Impostor list for pretending to be a nurse/practicing as a nurse without ever obtaining any credentials to do so."
