"8:30pm we went to alliance Dunkin’ Donuts they were almost out of donuts why be open 24 hours if you’re going to run out of what you sell most of change the store name if you can’t stay stocked in donuts good grief!!!"

"Alliance, OH. Our drinks were fine. The service was ok though the young ppl were mostly short and inattentive. They can't wait to go back to standing around playing with eachothers hair in the drive thru, literally. Cleanliness is a huge zero. Food and garbage all over the parking lot. Even a used needle outside the front door. I do not visit often and it will be a long time before I'm ever there again."

"They ALWAYS mess up orders, most of the time my chai latte is Coffee, my iced latte half the time does not even have Coffee in it and is usually only 3/4 full and that is without me asking for light ice. They give you different donuts than you order. Most of the time they never even answer their phone. I don't see how much a store can mess up and not care."

"This place is a disaster. Went there this morning to get a quick breakfast. They didn’t give me a receipt and then the person that’s supposed to call the order doesn’t so everyone is trying to guess what order is theirs. Then I finally get my bag so I could just leave get all the way home and they forgot the hash browns and put cheese on my sandwich I called up and the lady was rude and told me I had to take it up with “Dianne” because they didn’t give me a receipt."

"Love my Dunkin! Although I am not sure I like the new app. I don't like the new offers. I think I like the old way better. But I still love their coffees the best. They are pretty consistent."
